• Design Team - Our design team are highly qualified graphic designers who can take an idea or a concept that a customer needs to develop into a custom print product and run with it to create two or more draft concepts which is then further tweaked with the customer's input into the final product. 
• Customer Experience Team - are individuals well trained and knowledgeable on the various products we are skilled in producing.  They then match the customer's needs and budget to put together a detailed proposal in the form of a formal quote that lists all aspects of the production, all aspects of the material(s) used, and all aspects of the price so that the customer is fully aware of what he or she is being offered at the quoted price.  
• We have no sales team.
